Northline is a small Melbourne builder. We take on a handful of homes each year, so the person who prices your build is the person who runs it, and the same carpenters stay with your home from the slab to the final clean.
Every home starts with its site and the way you live. We bring the building questions into the design early, explain the costs plainly and keep you informed at every stage, so there are no surprises on site.

Six stages keep every decision in order, and each one ends with something clear in your hands: a site report, a fixed price, a handover folder.
Our approach(From the site)
Saddle House replaced a 1970s mud brick house on a Panton Hill ridge, on the same footprint. The ceilings were the hard part: concrete poured against timber boards in three sections, each one left to cure before the next was formed.
The owners walked the site with us every second Friday. They saw each pour, chose the oak once the concrete was finished and moved into a home they already knew room by room.
